SRE Force Pulse Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 24, 2026

SRE Force Pulse is an account-based operations application for authorized teams. The app connects to a Pulse workspace and helps responders review alerts, on-call coverage, monitors, and operational notifications.

Information We Process

Pulse processes account identifiers, organization membership, registered mobile device metadata, push notification tokens, app and OS version details, phone numbers submitted for voice verification, call preferences, and operational alert, notice, page, monitor, and on-call data needed to provide the service.

How We Use Information

We use this information for app functionality, authentication, account and device management, notification delivery, operational response workflows, security, troubleshooting, and service improvement.

Notification Providers

Pulse uses Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver mobile notifications. Pulse uses Twilio to verify phone numbers by voice and place optional synthesized notification calls. Twilio receives the verified phone number and call content needed for delivery as a service provider. Pulse does not record these calls. We do not sell personal information or share data for advertising.

Security And Retention

Production traffic uses HTTPS. Push tokens and stored phone numbers are protected by the Pulse backend. Operational data is retained according to workspace and service needs unless deleted or revoked by authorized users.

Notification Controls

Users can unregister the current mobile device from the app settings and can disable phone calls from their Pulse web profile. Disabling calls removes the stored phone number from the active call preference. Authorized web users can revoke registered mobile devices from the profile device management page.
